Roger's San Antonio
Roger's father came to the United States in the early 1980s and moved the family to Sandy Oaks looking for something better. Roger grew up on that street. He went on to pour concrete for Zachry before coming back to start RL Concrete, and today he lives across from his parents, raising his own kids on the same ground.
