Privacy Policy
What we collect through this site, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Last updated: August 26, 2026
RL Concrete is a concrete contractor in San Antonio, Texas. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written in plain language because you should not need a lawyer to understand what happens to your phone number.
The short version
We collect the contact details you type into an estimate form so a person here can call you back about your project. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the services we need to run the site and respond to you.
What we collect
When you submit an estimate request, contact form, or promotional offer form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, zip code, the type of project you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.
When you simply browse the site, our host and analytics tools record ordinary technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how long you stayed, and the site you arrived from. This is not tied to your name unless you also submit a form.
We do not ask for and have no use for your social security number, date of birth, or bank account details. If a form ever appears to ask for those, do not fill it in and please tell us.
Why we collect it
To respond to your estimate request, answer questions, schedule a site visit, and prepare a quote. To follow up if we have not reached you. To keep records of work we have quoted or performed. To understand which pages and services people are interested in so we can improve the site.
Phone calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, you agree we may contact you about your inquiry by phone call or text message. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop marketing texts at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us directly. Opting out does not stop us contacting you about work already in progress or scheduled.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies to remember your preferences and to measure traffic. Analytics tools tell us how many people visited a page and roughly where they came from. They do not tell us who you are.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some conveniences may not be remembered between visits.
Who else sees your information
Our web host, which stores the site and the messages submitted through it. Our email provider, which delivers your enquiry to us. Analytics providers, which receive usage data rather than your contact details. If you apply for financing, the financing provider you choose, who handles that application under their own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information, rent it, or trade it. We do not pass your details to other contractors.
When we are required to disclose
We will disclose information if we are legally required to, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or lawful request from a law enforcement agency, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect someone from harm.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for follow-up, records of work quoted or performed, warranty questions, and tax and insurance purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will unless we are required to keep it.
How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to submitted enquiries is limited to people at RL Concrete who need it to do their job. No website can promise perfect security, and we cannot guarantee against every possible breach, but we take reasonable commercial measures to protect what you send us.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@rlconcretesa.com or call (210) 876-0700 and we will handle it.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging concrete work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, including review platforms, financing providers, and mapping services. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site under their privacy policy, not ours.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the updated version on this page with a new date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you.
